Friday Night Hometown Blues Showcase

The Downtown Kincardine BIA is proud to sponsor the Friday Night “Hometown Blues Showcase” featuring 4 of the very best blues bands from Bruce County.

The Dark Angel Blues Band and The Breakwater Blues Band have been performing in Bruce County since the 70’s and were frequently the featured bands at The Kincardine Beach Pavilion and Windsor Hotel. Forty years later they can still draw a full house of blues fans looking for a great night of music and dancing.

The Riverside Blues Band have been together for years, performing at venues and events throughout Bruce and Grey counties. The Mike MacDonald Blues Band, a more recent group on the local blues scene, has quickly established itself as one of the hottest performing acts in the area.

Our Lighthouse Blues Festival experience begins Friday July 9 with our Youth Showcase featuring 3 top young artists (to be announced shortly) on our Main Stage.

Show starts at 5:45 pm.
